consider him baffled. when she spoke of back home, and the antics of those who owned
boards, yet did not use them, he tilted his head to the side and fixed a puzzled expression
upon his face. lightly scratching his temple, in addition, he shook his head thrice and huffed.

❝well, people who don’t use their boards are wastin’ ‘em. what’s the point? makes no sense
to me.❞

then, he spared her a glance (inwardly shocked at the lack of heat rising to his cheeks as he
looked her over) and blinked a few times.

❝how about you? uh, have you ever ridden before? a - uh - a skateboard, i mean.❞

ah, there it is. cue yata blushing and stammering like a fool.

“I think they carry them around to look cool, that’s all,” trying to impress people, to fit the look they wore, who really knew why those trainers did that if there was an entire class of people who skated or boarded. “Honestly, I really couldn’t tell you, I think it just boils down to…people are very weird.

Robin tittered at his expression; he was a small bit pale so the blushing was especially evident on his cheeks! “Well maybe not skate boarding per say,” Robin stated, slowly swaying back on forth on the balls of her feet, “but I do ride.” What do they call them…? “Like animals, horses, bears, birds. “ You name it and I’ve probably done it, but never a skateboard. I don’t own one actually.”

She was very serious about that.

“But I’d love to learn one day, maybe learn how to snowboard too, it snows [a lot] where I live.”
